From Thick Ass to Kick Ass - a weight loss journey
Who would have thought that eating healthier actually makes you lose weight?

amazing.

It’s beginning :)

I’ve sworn to myself that I will do at least the following every night:

20 minutes or more of cardio
50 reps of arm weights
100 crunches

That’s just for starters, of course :)

I’ve also started eating a lot healthier. It’s amazing how even after a week or two, I don’t crave fatty foods! Woah. Who’da thought?

Stay tuned, my dearies.

Measurements and weights coming sooooooon!

I was watching ANTM last night,

and it’s weird the things that bother me.

No, it’s not the fact that they’re all sickly thin, yet still manage to look *fierce*.
It’s not the fact that I could eat one of them for dinner, and go back for more.
It’s not the fact that I wonder how on earth they walk all those runways in those heels without thinking about how their feet wouldn’t hurt as much if they lost an ass cheek or two.

It’s things like how they sit.

I wish I could sit like some of those ladies.

It sounds bizarre, but when you’re fat, you realize just how much skinny people take for advantage.

I can’t remember the last time I was able to cross my legs like a lady.
I can’t remember the last time I was able to hug my knees to my chest as I chatted on the phone.
I can’t remember the last time I was able to sit in extremely awkward looking positions, and still feel comfortable.

Ahhh, the things fat girls dream about.
